Signing a Contract

11 MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTION

New construction homes typically carry a one year builder warranty. During the first 11 months in your new home some systems or components may prematurely fail, show signs of unusual wear, not perform as expected, or may not be noticeable until after a significant weather related event. Once a home inspector inspects the property you can then turn their report over to the builder for repairs based on the home warranty.
